Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for FirstPass purchased through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
2. Free plan
The Free plan does not require payment and is not eligible for refunds.
3. Paid subscriptions
Pro and Team (and other paid plans) are subscription services. You are charged at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected).
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase of a paid plan, provided you have not extensively used paid features in bad faith.
Renewal charges after the first billing period are generally non-refundable, but you may cancel anytime to prevent future renewals.
4. How to request a refund
Email abubakar.orbits@gmail.com with your order email, purchase date, and reason for the request. Include your Paddle receipt or transaction ID if available.
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription through the link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; access typically continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, contact us first so we can resolve it. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your subscription.
